Office to residential development under permitted development legislation. The building was stripped back to a bare shell as part of the development.

The Challenges

The construction programme for the project was challenging with only 6 months to undertake £2.5m of works.

The Outcome

The development was completed on time and within the client’s budget. The building was handed over to Croydon Council shortly after Practical Completion.
