Jane has led the senior management team since 2009. She has over 25 years' experience in general management and human resources. In addition to her role as Managing Director, she is an active member of the CIPD mentoring team.

Paul has over 25 years' experience in construction and joined TPI in 2015. With a background as a chartered Quantity Surveyor, he moved into Project Management early in his career and has a track record of successfully delivering complex projects in a range of sectors. As Operations Director, he provides strategic leadership across the business’s two offices, overseeing project delivery, client relationships and operational performance.

Matt is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and has extensive experience in providing cost consultancy on new-build and refurbishment projects. Matt has worked on projects ranging from £1m to £50m in value, within the residential, commercial, industrial and retail sectors.

David has 45 years' experience within construction and property consultancy and has worked at TPI since 2000. He has developed a significant body of consulting experience, in particular, high value, high profile developments in all sectors of the industry.

Martin leads TPI’s Project Management Team. He has 30 years of property and construction experience in both the client and consultancy role. He originally qualified as an Architect, before moving into client Project Management focusing on a broad spectrum of new build, refurbishment, and infrastructure projects.

Ylva has a BA (Hons) degree in International Economics, Business & Administration from the University of Lund, Sweden. Prior to her career in Project Management she worked in the financial sector. She has successfully transferred her skills to construction work. In addition, she acts as TPI's Head of Finance.

George is a Chartered Project Manager who holds a First Class Honours in Construction Management. He has been with TPI since 2011, working his way up from apprentice to associate director. He has a wealth of experience working with public & private sector clients- recent experience includes the management of complex projects in the commercial, residential, mixed-use, infrastructure, education and alternative fuels sectors.

Sergio is a Senior Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in the construction and civil engineering sectors. His background was in Civil Engineering, before moving to the UK from Spain to work in project management. During his time with TPI, he has delivered projects of exceptional technical complexity within the infrastructure and logistics sectors.

Chris joined TPI in December 2021 after working in conjunction with the team on various projects including those for key client the Port of Tyne. Chris has over 20 years of project management and civil engineering experience with extensive knowledge and expertise in the ports & infrastructure and Industrial sectors.

Ben has over 25 years of civil engineering, property, and construction experience in both client and consultancy roles. He has worked on a variety of large and complex multi-phase residential projects and overseen delivery across different sectors of the industry, including office, industrial and retail projects.

Luke is a Project Manager at TPI with a master’s degree in Construction Project Management. He is based in the North West and works with both TPI’s Surrey and regional offices. Luke has worked on a range of schemes during his time at TPI, including several residential projects but specialising in commercial and industrial refurbishment projects.

Joe joined TPI in 2023. He has a background in Civil Engineering with 10 years of experience working in the civil engineering and construction industry. He previously worked within a client organisation as well as carrying out project management roles for a tier one civil engineering company and national housebuilder.

Chris joined TPI in November 2021 and has a variety of experience and exposure to high-end residential and local authority schemes. Chris is currently undertaking further qualifications at London South Bank University. He is TPI's Health & Safety Champion.

Kit joined TPI in 2025 from a local consultancy. During his time in the industry, he has accrued several years of experience across the commercial, residential, local authority and hospitality sectors. Kit holds a Master's degree in Building Surveying, and the APM Project Management Qualification.

Danny holds a master's degree in Quantity Surveying, which he successfully obtained from Kingston University London. He joined TPI in 2023 as an assistant Project Manager on our graduate scheme. Whilst with TPI, he has assisted on projects across England in the commercial, residential, hospitality and infrastructure sectors.

James is a recent graduate from Northumbria University having completed a BSc in Construction Engineering Management, achieving First Class Honours. In his graduate role, he is assisting senior consultants in overseeing high-value projects in all sectors and working towards his CIOB accreditation.

Adam is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 12 years of experience in the construction and civil engineering sectors. Adam has worked on a range of projects during his time at TPI, contributing significantly to the prime residential sector, alongside prominent projects within the commercial and industrial fields.

Liam is a Quantity Surveyor with 15 years of industry experience. He began his career as an apprentice with a PQS firm in Scotland, completing his studies on a part-time basis. Liam joined TPI in 2014 as a Quantity Surveyor and has since developed extensive expertise in cost management for high-value projects across the residential, office, and regeneration sectors.

Aaron is on TPI's apprentice scheme training to become a graduate Quantity Surveyor. He is currently studying at Southbank University on the Level 6 Chartered Surveyor Apprenticeship course and due to graduate in 2026. Alongside his studying, Aaron assists the quantity surveying team on high value projects across the UK, gaining experience across all sectors.

Ella is also on TPI's apprentice scheme training to become a graduate Quantity Surveyor. She is studying at Northumbria University on the Chartered Surveyor Degree Apprenticeship course and is due to graduate in 2028. Whilst engaging in her studies, she works with the regional team, assisting on projects in a range of sectors.

Max is a graduate from the University of Portsmouth, having obtained a first in BEng(Hons) Construction Engineering Management. Whilst he assists the Quantity Surveying team on projects across a variety of sectors, including residential, commercial, hospitality and industrial, he is working towards his MRICS chartership.

Jill has been working with Total Project Integration since 1984. She manages the day-to-day office, acts as PA to the Directors and supports the Project Management and Quantity Surveying teams.

Laura joined Total Project Integration in early 2021, having previously worked for a respected marketing consultant specialising in the construction industry. She now runs the Marketing team and strategy in the business. Having trained in the arts, Laura brings her creativity and resilience to the work, making for a bespoke marketing approach.

Amanda joined TPI in 2023 as a Marketing Assistant bringing with her a wealth of experience gained over many years in both customer service and retail management roles. She assists with the marketing projects and provides support with event planning.
