The demolition of the existing chapel building and the new build of nine prime apartments, comprising seven two-bedroom and two three-bedroom units, within a gated estate in Englefield Green, Surrey. The scheme included external soft and hard landscaping works and required value engineering options to align the final build value with the developer’s certified funding.
