Who are TPI?
Established in 1984, we started out as a three-person project management and quantity surveying company based in Surrey. Since then, we have grown into a team of nearly 30 employees and expanded up north, now boasting a Durham office and a Weybridge office. This means we can bring our tailored service to more clients across England.
Over the 40 years, our key values haven’t changed. We still prioritise a client-focused approach and high-quality service. But, over those four decades, we’ve deepened our expertise and broadened our understanding of the industry, moving into more sectors and services along the way.
We are a people-led company, not just putting our clients first but prioritising our team. We believe the best service comes from a well-cared for team. That’s why we invest in their continuous training and place real importance on in-house knowledge sharing. Led by an experienced project director (who will be your Principal-to-Principal level point of contact), everyone in the team, no matter the level, works together to deliver your projects.
