The Opportunity
The project aimed to transform a 20-year-old warehouse and office building into a modern, high-quality facility that could be let on a long-term lease.
The Challenges
The key challenges included managing several different trades, ensuring that there were no scope gaps, and keeping the refurbishment works in line with the client’s budget.
The Outcome
Works were completed to programme, budget and the required quality levels, all of which were closely monitored and reported upon by Total Project Integration. As of July 2023, it was leased by supermarket giant Sainsbury’s in one of the largest single UK property deals of 2023.
