The Opportunity
The project was part of an expansion drive by the client to increase their brand presence around the UK. It was important that a consistent and high-quality approach was taken to the fit-out to meet with the overall brand.
The Challenges
The new restaurant was located within a part-listed building, and the design of the fit-out works ran concurrently with completion of the landlord’s base build. The works took place within a live shopping centre, alongside other restaurant fit-outs in the immediate vicinity, creating logistical challenges for access and deliveries. TPI managed communication between landlord and tenant to ensure that objectives were properly programmed and cost managed. TPI were also responsible for managing all direct orders placed by the client, including cost, programme, delivery and installation.
The Outcome
The project was delivered on time and to a high standard, meeting the client’s scheduled opening date.
