The Opportunity

Cedar Invest acquired the Petersfield site in 2024 with the aim of revitalising an underperforming asset and aligning it with institutional standards. TPI guided the client through every project stage, from pre-acquisition to delivery, ensuring the building’s transformation met modern operational expectations and sustainability benchmarks.

The Challenges

The existing facility included large-scale chilled and freezer storage areas that required careful decommissioning. TPI ensured all materials were safely removed and recycled, meeting the project's strict sustainability goals and avoiding landfill use ahead of refurbishment works.

The Outcome

The project has delivered a fully modernised warehouse with an EPC ‘A’ rating and PV-ready infrastructure for future energy efficiency. The new dock doors, levellers, and enlarged yard have improved functionality and broadened the building's market appeal for occupiers.
