The Opportunity

Office to residential development under permitted development legislation. The building was stripped back to its bare shell as part of the development.

The Challenges

The ground floor of the building was occupied by an existing garage. Careful management of the works were required to provide safe access to the garage during construction. It also required careful engineering of the drainage system serving the new residential units on the 1st floor.

The Outcome

The project was successfully completed on time and within the client’s budget. The completed building was later handed over and occupied by Croydon Council.
