Danny Waters

Danny joined TPI in 2023 as an Assistant Project Manager and holds a master’s degree in quantity surveying from Kingston University London. During his time at TPI, he has worked on projects across England within the commercial, residential, hospitality and infrastructure sectors. Danny was also named Surrey’s SME Young Businessperson of the Year 2025 in recognition of his contribution to the industry.
