The Opportunity
Renovation of 219 student flats, spread across 5 blocks, including redecoration, flooring, new furniture and the deep cleaning of the building.
The Challenges
Undertaking the works in a live student environment required alternative accommodation to rehouse the students whilst the renovation was underway.
The Outcome
The students were smoothly moved back to their new, permanent accommodation on project completion. It was completed on time and to budget.
