The Opportunity
The construction of 713 units alongside 124 kitchens, common areas, reception areas, laundry rooms, disabled toilet facilities and lifts. Additional repairs were undertaken to the external balconies and renderings.
The Challenges
A significant number of operatives and materials were needed to carry out the works within the tight programme. As well as the demanding process of snagging and de-snagging all units within this short period.
The Outcome
The project was successfully delivered the client’s objectives in terms of time, cost and quality.
