The Opportunity
The completed home includes four bedrooms, a swimming pool, home cinema, gym and a private wine cave. Interior design was led by Louise Bradley, with bespoke finishes throughout, most notably a natural stone façade and a feature staircase with handcrafted balustrading.
The Challenges
The team needed to manage a complex build with a detailed brief and a high level of input across design and delivery. Coordinating timelines, budgets and expectations across the contractor and consultant teams was a key part of keeping the project on track.
The Outcome
The house was delivered under an updated contract agreement and now stands as a carefully detailed, high-spec home that reflects the client’s vision and offers long-term value.
