TPI managed the high-profile refurbishment of Chelsea Lodge, reimagining it as BÓHA London, an immersive 1920s-style restaurant and speakeasy cocktail bar. The project involved a full fit-out of the ground floor, basement, and terraces, along with the refurbishment of WCs and structural enhancements. The venue now houses a state-of-the-art kitchen, a bespoke, hand-crafted bar, complete with a hidden access door, and stylish finishes.
The Challenges
The project operated under a strict timeline to ensure BÓHA London was ready for its grand opening in September 2023. TPI led the coordination of contractors and suppliers, maintaining a high standard of quality while ensuring efficient delivery. Managing structural modifications within an existing venue required careful planning to integrate modern elements seamlessly while preserving the venue’s character.
The Outcome
BÓHA London successfully opened on schedule, offering an exclusive dining and nightlife experience for up to 140 guests. The venue’s stunning design, high-profile clientele, and media attention have solidified its place as a must-visit destination on King’s Road, ensuring a bright future for this glamorous establishment.
