Located in the centre of Maidstone, Kestral and Knightrider Houses presented the opportunity to create high-quality, managed workspace in a sought-after commercial location. TPI supported the transformation of both buildings through extensive internal strip-out and redevelopment, helping to unlock their full potential for modern office use.
The Challenges
Knightrider House, a Grade II listed building, required careful handling to balance heritage constraints with the need for a contemporary and functional interior. TPI worked closely with the wider team to ensure all works met listed building requirements while still delivering the client’s vision for a modern commercial space.
The Outcome
TPI successfully delivered 50 fully managed office units for BizSpace, revitalising two centrally located properties and contributing to Maidstone’s growing commercial offer.
